My cat began to vomit saliva and water and then a yellow stomach vile?

She's strictly an indoor cat, 4 years of age. I do not have any plants and I've never known her to get into or eat anything odd. She basically doesn't like people food, just her dry food (excellent quality). I have 2 other cats who eat the same food and are fine, so I've ruled out the food being tainted. I took her to a vet, had x-rays, she hadn’t swallowed anything, intestines, liver, kidneys looked fine. The vet gave her an injection of fluid to flush her liver and kidneys. Two days later she's still lethargic, and refuses to eat or drink. I tried force-feeding and she thew that up. I've been out of work for over two years and the vet visist cost $189. I can't afford to spend another $100 on a blood test. I saw where someone wrote if you a person can't afford a vet visit they can't afford a cat. (What, should people throw out their pets out and put our children up for adoption if one loses their job?) I'm at a loss and bothered that the vet I took her to knows my situation and simply won't advise me of what I should or could do. Suggestions? Harry Potter Half-Blood Prince vs. Movie?

If you have read the book the movie was horrible, if not it was ok. The movies didnt capture what a horocrux was and how it related to the story. It didn't do anything that had to do the half blood prince and how it helped him out. It cut out about the last 3 chapters of the book and instead had daniel radcliff crying. I read on a website that the director didn't want to have to action scene at the end of this movie cuz it would be the same as the 7th movie, which is BS. Sick Savannah.... Help A.S.A.P please.?

Okay here are a couple things to help you guys diagnose what COULD be wrong with her(They say it's a she but not too sure because it is hard to at the age it is) She is a 6 month old Savannah w/ 20 gallon aqaurium style tank w/ mesh lid. She has a 100watt daylight spot basking bulb with some UVA in it(6% or something) She has a half log, coconut fiber substrate(2-3 inches so she can dig) and a large water dish on the cooler side. I plan to buy her a UVB bulb but I am not sure if she will even live that long :/ I bought her 2 days ago and the owner said she was on a daily feeding schedule and very healthy, and aswell she looks healthy. The thing is though, she is ALWAYS sleeping and when I go to touch her she runs away.. am I doing something wrong? Do I need to buy that UVB bulb? Is she sick? Help me please. Btw I run the light for 12h during the day then I turn on a under tank heater for nighttime. Her temps right now are at 88.4 and still rising up (I have a digital thermometre and the probe is suctioned to the hot side of her tank).

What Are the Pros and Cons of Being A Catholic?

Pro is you don't have to take the bible so seriously, you don't even have to read it. Con is you have to take the church seriously or you're out. But nevertheless I would say Catholics have it much easier because they generally don't take things so seriously. I think another pro is you don't have to invent things (interpret), for that you have 2,000 years of high-end theology to work for you (unlike the Protestant churches where everyone can interpret as they want and of course all are right). Personally I prefer Catholic, and I suppose one reason is that it's well organised (there's nothing wrong with organisation). Catholic church has changed, it now adapts more quickly (she's about to officially accept evolution and she owns a giant telescope in the USA somewhere). But I think the most advanced Christian church on the planet is the Anglican. That church rocks. Not that I believe in the Judeo-Christian mythology but I thought an answer from my perspective may help you a bit.

A dream from near eight years ago won't get lost. Can someone interpret it, so it will quit bothering me?

The dream scenario took place where I was living at that time, in East Liverpool, Ohio, on Halloween, possibly mid-day. In the dream, I and some friends were on our bicycles and, the odd thing is, we were trick-or-treating. But then, this dark-colored, mansion-sized house came rising out the ground. The color of the mysterious house, I cannot recall. I only remember that the color was so dark, it was so close to black, it is probably why I can't recall. And it had like most mansions the dual front doors. Anyway, back to the dream. After I and my friends saw the house rise from the ground, we went up to it for a closer look. About five, maybe ten seconds after we arrived, the doors came bursting open. Then, a huge number of spirits, of apparent evil, came flying out, in every which direction, including after me and my friends. We took off in separate directions. Then, the scene turned over to me, in which I was riding through the school yard of the East Liverpool Elementary School. However, in the dream the school yard was much larger. I was moving at I would say give or take the speed of a dirtbike tuned for child use. So give or take 40-50 MPH. However, back again to the dream. As I was rocketting through there with an evil spirit on my tail, while I was looking behind me, suddenly, huge flames came out of the sky, which it had become obvious, were helping us, for they were hitting the evil spirits, destroying them, while leaving not even a trace of soot on anything around or nearby. However, back to the dream once again, while I was watching this phenomenon, I forgot I was still pedaling, and did not realize I was heading for a concrete ramp, until it was too late. When I went off it and into the air, I went flying over a tool shed, which the dream had based on the one in the actual world, same in every way, only ten times in size. Back to the dream one more time. As I was in the air, I thought I was going to crash to my death, but I also didn't even have the slightest notice of an angel which the current scene zooms out long enough to show it swoop down and catch me, still on my airborne bicycle. When the angel sets the bicycle safely on the road, I am pedaling so hard, the tire is actually skidding, and stirring up smoke, and sending rocks and what-not flying. When the angel releases the bicycle, it takes off, like a rocket. And I head strait the house I was living in, which the dream also copied. And that is when I wake up. This was an interesting dream, for it was scary, but at the same time very strange. Normally, if I remember a dream, within a maximum of a month, I have no recollection of it. But this one was near eight years ago, and I still can't get it out of my head. Why is this dream refusing to get lost? Is it trying to tell me something? What would cause the front air to blow (heat and a/c) fine in the front but not the rear of a Voyager/Caravan?

I have a 97 Plymouth Grand Voyager. The air blows fine out of the front vents, and the far rear vents but nothing comes out of the middle row of vents. I've tried every possible combination with the knobs. Is there afuse or something simple that would cause this? Also, my daughter says in the far back row, the air is not cold when the a/c is on. Sore throat, chest hurts, but no cough, what could this be?

The past 3-4 days I've had a real bad sore throat, it looks real bloody red. Then yesterday I woke up with chest and back pain. My chest feels real heavy/bruised like feeling, and my upper back is really sore like I've been working out. I have not been coughing at all, no headache, no sinus complaints. I am also very, very tired. I'm stumped as to what it could be. I thought that it had so much potential but fell far short. The story began with an interesting premise about 4 (and we later learn 5) boys that are descendants of families with special powers - powers that come with a price. The film seemed to be more intent on creating interest in the attractive bodies of the main characters then on creating any real interest in them or the plot. The special effects were nothing to get especially excited about, the acting was less than mediocre, and the film was very poorly written and directed in my opinion. If not for the fact that I tend to love movies of this genre I would have liked it even less.

Should I buy a Trek Equinox 5 (2006 new) for 850?

I'm shopping for a road bike in the $1000 - $1100 range to use for training rides 15 to 40 miles along with racing in duathlons and eventually tri's (beginner/intermediate athlete). I was looking at the Specialized Allez Elite and the Trek 2.1 (both around $1100) but found a 2006 Trek Equinox 5 brand new at the bike shop, list 1299 on sale for 850 (presumably because it's 2 model years ago). But what about the natural disasters and wars that are killing innocent people? I truly believe in a divine power, but how can we keep claiming a "loving God" with all of this torture on a daily basis? For divine intervention from a loving source, this pain will be removed. However, free choice will be removed too. Life is a paradox, a struggle that gets harder to cope with everyday. I thought growing older would answer these questions, but it just raises more. Where we're from we have a festival with a parade and carnival. This year the theme is STONE AGE STRAWBERRYS. So my idea was kinda similar to THE FLINSTONES. How much water should I add for pot roast in 5.5 crock pot?

You don't need much - the meat and veggies will release some liquid as they cook, which will flavor your whole dish. Browning the beef is the best thing - that really does add a lot of depth and flavor just by doing that! I only add about a cup or so of water - you can also add beer or broth - I have done all of those and they're great, too! Just be sure not to lift the lid off the crock pot very often - you want it all to cook together without releasing all the steam. And oh, yes, for some flavor add a smashed garlic clove, a bay leaf, a pinch of thyme or rosemary, and some salt and pepper! Enjoy!

Microsoft Word Doent is opening as SQUARES ?

I have quite a few archived MS Word files covering several years and I can no longer open them, they just appear as all Squares when opened. I've been looking around in internet for answer. Opening these files in Wordpad it's the same, there is of course nothing in notepad as this is a text editor.. Opening file with Word 97 it's the same. I did not save these files to flash drive before hard disk, as some suggest is the problem. What I can think is different is they were created in windows 95 operating system before windows XP was installed. So I guess it might be a font problem. I did not use Strange fonts, usually the default times roman or ariel is what i use. So how to find out which font is needed to be around, so i can reload it and resave it to correct it? Or is it corrupt beyond recovery? I use MS word 2000 on windows xp. Thanks in advance for help with this.

Pet Rat Help? (Five weeks old)?

So I adopted a male pet rat from the local animal shelter yesterday. They had the rats separated by like usual and there were only two males. I got one and named it Oreo then I went back this morning and got the other and named it Snickers. They are in the Harts play city cage right now I know I need to get a bigger cage soon. I was looking for treats for them and I found yogurt bites. I read that they like yogurt but on the bag it says for rabbits and genie pigs, can they still eat it? Also they have a tunnel to sleep in and nesting fluff along with water and two small bowls of food. They also have wood chips that are unscented and all natural. I also got them a piece of wood that’s shaped like a wedge of cheese for them to chew on along with a small wood log for them to chew. They seem to be getting along fine. I noticed yesterday at the shelter Snickers was fine but on the way home he sneezed a few times and his poop is light brown and not black. Is he ok? Could it just be from being separated form his brother for a day? Any help would be greatly appreciated im worried about him. He doesn't have any discharge or anything and his eyes and skin are still clear. He also is still very active and lets me hold him just like the other. Should I be worried? They also have pretzel log treats. What else should I get them for treats and food. They have a wheel that's attached to the cage that they like to lay in along with their log. They also have a small wood ladder along with a toy that hangs from the ceiling with wood blocks and a bell on the end. Any other toy suggestions. Thanks in advance. :)

Feedback on hotel- Amari Boulevard Bangkok?

I haven't stayed at the Amari Boulevard, but have stayed at a couple of other Amari Hotels and was satisfied with the quality and service of their hotels. Other hotels in that price range in the Sukhumvit area that I have visited, (I live in Bangkok) and can recommend are the Dream Hotel, S15, the Adelphi Suites, Centre Point and the Majestic Grande. All very nice hotels at fair prices. No offense to the above answer, but the Nana Hotel is not for everyone, it's probably the favorite hotel of tourists right in the middle of one of Bangkok's red light districts, not really suitable for couples. Have fun.

I posted this question before but probably didn't give enough detail. Every woman in my family suffers from flooding not heavy periods.. uncontrolled flooding or bleeding for two weeks at a time or more. The pill controls it well for me and I feel in control. I am over 40 and waiting for the menopause. I have no guidance for when this may happen as all other women in my family have bled to death or post war -had hysterectomies.
