Forget partisan for a moment- why isn't the biggest question Campaign Reform?

Isn't this really why we continue to ume debt, create needless wars and cannot agree on perfectly sensible egalitarian measures? Why do you suppose even for a moment that our health care is #39 in the world at nearly twice the cost? That a needless war in Iraq is so heavily supported while the Military Industrial Complex that is continuously enmeshed in one fraud or another continues to line their pockets regardless of the lives lost? That wealthy financiers are continually being pardoned for high crimes and representatives leave office to accept multi million dollar Lobbying contracts? How long can this condition exist while people look the other way while screaming about health care and abortion, etc, diverting attention from the real issue?
