So help me on this seriously please?

I think it's best to get something you can afford that has less than 60,000 miles (130 ,000 km.?) In the US we have a site called Carfax. It has the known history of every vehicle upon the road. Avoid any car that was submerged in water. Even after being fixed these cars need constant electrical work. Avoid cars that have been in a major accident. I learned from painful experience to ask if this car needs special tires. I had a car that needed tires that cost $600 each at a time when most vehicles had tires that cost $100 or less. It's very helpful to have a mechanic examine the car and take it for a ride. If you don't have any mechanics who are friends, hire one. It's well worth the cost.
