Know any good suppressants?

Sorry. Suppressants are not the answer. Get off EMPTY CALORIE FOODS!!!! Get off junk food, fast food garbage & sugary sweet soda's. Get on a good, healthy, balanced diet & include plenty of boiled or steamed vegetables. Drink plenty of water, fruit juices & milk. Snack on lots of RAW fruit & veggies. Make sure you eat a good, balanced breakfast daily. You get your energy for the day from your breakfast meal. Get up one hour early every morning & take a BRISK 30 minute walk - then - do the same thing again in the evening after dinner. Get 8 hour sleep each nite. Avoid stress at school, work & home. Within 90 days your will be amazed. But - you must make a commitment to YOURSELF to make improvements - or - it aint gonna happen.
