Can a breeder "fake" AKC FSS papers?

You can contact the AKC and ask if the dogs are in fact registered. You will need the breeders name and possibly address and maybe the dog's registered name but they can tell you for sure. If you can't get that info ask some of the people that have bought puppies from the breeder for their info and check to see if their dog's were registered.
