Do you think the council should enforce the law on cars that obstruct footpaths and pavements?

If you phone up the police and complain about vehicles obstructing a public walkway in the UK , they will and do act. It is their job, blocking a public pavement is against the law. If you phoned the council they would refer you to the police. If the police say they are too busy, then complain. I think the system is fine, and I have complained to the police about this issue and they have acted.
