My hair grows super quick and...?

I dyed my hair bleach blonde(the swartzkoff stuff) a week and a half ago and you can already see my roots as if it's been a month. I know you aren't meant to bleach it that often cos it damages your hair but otherwise I look a bit like a tramp... What am I meant to do? :)
