Im travelling too indianapolis for indy 500 race, i need a cheap local pre paid cell phone, ideas?

im headin too indy in morning for the indy 500 party weekend/race etc.. i dont want too take my cellp phone and risk poor connection or roaming issues etc... instead, i would like too pick up a couple of cheap pre paid phones that i ll throw away after using them for race wkend etc... any ideas on travelling and cell phone issues? i have cincinnati bell cell phone service ie. local company and once i travel outside of the area i will incur ridiculous 10cents per min charges for roaming etc... this will be costly and a scam. I was thinking that maybe i could use take a couple of interchangeable cell phones ( change sim cards) and just purchasing local company sim cards and pre paid mins that operate on local networks for 15 bucks all week! but i just need them thru monday.. also RACE FANS QUESTION INDY 500... the race is sunday, once the race is over, does the party continue thru the holiday on monday? in other words should u check out of hotel on sunday and go too the race then jet outta town? i live an hour away fr indy so i can stay til monday or go... thanks bigtime!
