Sore throat, chest hurts, but no cough, what could this be?

The past 3-4 days I've had a real bad sore throat, it looks real bloody red. Then yesterday I woke up with chest and back pain. My chest feels real heavy/bruised like feeling, and my upper back is really sore like I've been working out. I have not been coughing at all, no headache, no sinus complaints. I am also very, very tired. I'm stumped as to what it could be. I would think bronchitis I would be coughing, etc. Or could it be a coincidence that I just happen to have a sore throat, and my chest/back pain could be gallbladder related?
