Myspace...posting of 2 face ppl?

ok, a person found a picture of a lady with a big and put this other persons name on the .and than posted on myspace..now the gurl was offended and put a restraining order on that person..and in the order it said she could not post any kind of comments about this gurl on myspace or anyother internet space..ok some are saying freedom of speach...some are saying slander...but the gurl does have a big ....how will this turn out in court..can the court say a person can't post..things like this?
