Fix back door Chevy Astro van?

door was locked but has been sticky for a while.,.I just went too open door forget it was locked heard it pop.but it was just the latch .STep one be to opening the door without killing it THanks im lost . NO inside handel or unlocking help.. Dont know if the key locks or unlocks that sounds and feels regular
